Refunds

All purchases are final. Global Connects does not offer refunds for digital products, trainings, community access, strategy sessions, Bid Assistance, or service purchases unless otherwise required by law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future billing; canceling does not refund past charges.

Booked Calls and Sessions

For booked calls or sessions, customers must follow the cancellation and rescheduling rules listed in the confirmation email or scheduling page.
