Our Services
Global Connects provides Bid Feasibility AI (a paid subscription bid analysis tool), the WeGlobal Community, Standalone Bid Assistance with Hamza, 1:1 Strategy Sessions, and the Strategic Acquisition Partnership. Each service is described on its page, and those descriptions are part of these terms.
Payments and Subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout. Subscription products (such as WeGlobal Community and Bid Feasibility AI) bill on a recurring basis until canceled. One-time services are billed once. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No Guarantees
Global Connects provides strategy, guidance, analysis, training, and support. The client remains responsible for final decisions, final pricing, final documents, submission, performance, and outcomes. Global Connects does not guarantee contract awards or revenue.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in forms, intakes, and bid documents
- Use trainings, resources, and community access for your own business — not for resale or redistribution
- Treat community members and the Global Connects team with respect
Intellectual Property
Trainings, resources, workbooks, guides, and website content belong to Global Connects. Purchasing access gives you a personal license to use them; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
